The wall of Sevilla:
Fantastic apartment of about 80 square meters, recently renovated with all its furniture and construction of very high quality. It is a sober, elegant apartment that transmits peace and spaciousness. Very elegantly decorated at the same time modern and cozy. Its entire floor is white marble. It has a very spacious living room on the ground floor and a completely renovated kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa that is also a bed and has a smart TV and dining area. On the first floor you will find 2 fantastic rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a 1.05 cm single bed. On the first floor there are also 2 bathrooms. In the living room there is a large window with a balcony so it has a lot of clarity. Likewise, in all the rooms there are large windows that provide a lot of light, one of the rooms is on the first floor of the duplex type, so each guest has privacy, each having a bathroom if necessary.

High speed WIFI and hot and cold air conditioning.

Regarding its location, Macarena street is one of the most beautiful streets in the old town of Seville. It overlooks the wall that divides the old town of Seville from its outer area, leaving this beautiful apartment within the old town, so you can walk wherever you want. Being in the center you can go both to the most monumental part of the city and leisure with the best restaurants and Sevillian sojo.The owner has the services of Sevilla moving, a company specializing in guest care and tourist activities both in Seville and Andalusia.This is undoubtedly an apartment for those people who do not want to make a mistake and go to a perfect place.

If you want to feel part of the local community this property is ideal. Supermarkets and bars on the doorstep and very near to the popular Feria restaurant area. There are also buses and a taxi rank just the other side of the walls. The duplex nature of the apartment works well but maybe not for older people. The Cathedral and Alcazar areas are 20 to 30 minutes walk away, which is quite pleasant and has shade provided by the buildings when it is hot. We did have communication problems with the management company not replying to messages or only communicating in Spanish. This seemed to be due to their not using the vrbo payment service and I was starting to panic about our booking but it all turned out OK and the person who met us was most helpful. Vrbo could make it clearer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and loved this area

The location is great if you want an authentic experience. Very convenient to the must see sights but nestled in an actual Sevilla neighborhood. Prices at the local places are noticeably lower than the more touristy areas but those places are still easy to get to if you’re willing to walk an extra ten minutes or so. The apartment was clean and comfortable, an upstairs air conditioner is advisable but the industrial ceiling fan does a good job. The lower level had a well functioning air conditioner. Highly recommend for those that want a more authentic travel experience.

The host was very responsive and made the check in process a breeze. This property is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the main attractions in Seville, making it quiet at night and easy to access. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying!

Host interaction was woefully inadequate through VRBO. Did not receive check in instructions until day before check in after numerous inquiries through VRBO that went unanswered. Did not need to spend my days in Madrid chasing down whether I had a place to stay in Seville. VRBO support was pretty useless. Downplayed my concerns even though host had been unresponsive for a week. Apt needs better privacy of transparent window looking in from courtyard into main bathroom, tub, shower. Location is excellent. 2 mi walk to bus stop that goes directly to Santa justa train station. Highly recommend local bars for tapas, cerveza, wine. Walking distance to Setas, alcazar, etc
