Hispalis San Julian

El apartamento es bastante amplio para 3 personas. Las camas son cómodas y no hay mucho ruido del exterior. Está en una zona tranquila a la afueras del centro, a unos 20-30 minutos de los principales monumentos. Aunque no tiene ascensor, no hay muchas escaleras al primer piso.

El secador no se veía en muy buen estado, al enchufarlo pegó un chispazo y se bajaron los plomos, menudo susto y con el pelo mojado a dormir. Avisamos al anfitrión, ya eran las 22h, y no obtuvimos respuesta hasta el día siguiente. Espero que lo hayan tirado a la basura y hayan comprado uno nuevo, ya tendrían que haberlo hecho hace tiempo. Por otro lado, nos cobraron 49€ de limpieza, pero podría estar más limpio, sobre todo la cocina (asas de los muebles, nevera, vitrocerámica), la ducha y las esquinas.

Endroit calme à 15 min des centres d'intérêt. Le logement est suffisamment grand pour 3 personnes.

Appartement sombre, manque de lumière naturelle, mais on ne peut pas y faire grand chose ! Il peut être bruyant si les voisins ne sont pas respectueux ; mais cela n'a pas été le cas.

The location suited our purposes perfectly. It is not bang in the centre, if that is what you want, but it is in a location that feels like Seville. It is easy to walk to most locations in the city, and for travel further afield, it is only about 500m from a really useful bus stop. The check in arrangements were well described in a text message before arrival, and the instructions were easy to follow. There are good bars, tapas bars and restaurants in the area, all well used by locals. If you want to go further afield to restaurants in the centre, then it is quite easy to do so.

There is little not to like about this flat. The only slight drawbacks are that it is close to a junior school so there is a tolerable amount of noise for about 15 min before 0900. But after that it is quiet until going home time.
