The property was very convenient around everything that we needed.

The property is very worn. The carpets are very stained. The rugs are old and worn look very dirty. The entire apartment needs to be painted the air-conditioning never brought it down under 76°. Bedroom two the air-conditioning did not even come out the vent. The sink in the master bedroom did not drain. The lamp in the living room was broken, and the couch had tears in it. We let the management know, and they never responded to any of those concerns. The only TV that worked in the unit was the one in the living room bedroom two did not have a TV and bedroom one the TV was broken and in the master closet. Check-in was not completed or done the way that they agreed to in their ad. They were going to meet us there with the keys and they did not. She sent a video which I let her know. I did not quite understand and rude. Comment came back to me saying it’s not hard to understand. Watch the video again. Also, the refrigerator made a very loud noise and was not in the best condition.
