About this apartment rental
Spacious home close Disneyland. First floor features an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and dining area leading to the private backyard with BBQ. There you can relax and grill after a long day at the parks and enjoy the fireworks right from the home.
The second floor features an additional living room that's perfect for kids. A bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a super comfy queen size bed. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor.
The third floor features a huge master bedroom complete with 2 queen size beds, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet and private balcony.

CITY REQUIREMENTS:
+ Current REG Permit # REG2019-00061
+ Max Occupancy - 9 individuals including infants (6 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in attached garage . Must not encroach into sidewalk. RVs, buses and trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement for their reservation.
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You MUST be 25 years or older to rent our properties
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
+Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.
+For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds.
+All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.
Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

We recently stayed at Winnie the Pooh's Treehouse and had a great experience. The house has 3 stories, the master is on the 3rd, so we got a work out. It was a perfect set up for the 6 of us. Our 2 adult kids and their significant others had the 2nd story to themselves, 2 bedrooms, shared bathroom, and separate living area. The main floor had living, dining, kitchen, and a half bath. Then a nice outdoor area to enjoy meals outside. The only issue was the refrigerator was not working, but property management brought an ice chest and ice daily while they worked in a replacement. The house is on a busy road which we thought would be an issue with noise, but it was actually not an issue at all. It was great having a garage to park in and gated entrance. It is a nice walk to the parks, not to far for us, we walked everyday. It was about 1/2 mile each way. It was nice to be able to come back to the house mid-day for a rest before going back for the evening. It might be a bit far for littles to walk if not using a stroller. We did Uber back one night after putting in 13 miles of walking in the park, and it was only 7.The property management team was very communicative and responsive, no problems at all. We would definitely would stay here again.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Disneyland. It was clean. The check in and check out process were easy and it was very cute.
