▪Bedroom 2 (upstairs): This bedroom features 2 TWIN SIZE beds, a bunk bed with (1) QUEEN SIZE bed and (1) TWIN SIZE bed with high quality bedding and a walk-in closet for you to store your belongings during your stay.
▪Bedroom 3 (upstairs): (1) QUEEN SIZE bed and 1 TWIN SIZE bed with high quality bedding, and a 55-inch 1080p smart HDTV with Netflix/HULU entertainment.
▪Living Room has a sofa bed

We provide our guests with contactless self check in with access to the entire house.

All guests may enter through the front door or through the garage.

▪This is a friendly & quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of our neighbors and do not disturb at any time.

▪Out of consideration for our neighbors, we do not allow any gatherings/celebrations on the property. No loud music or parties/events are allowed. No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 9:30pm. We rely on the "WYND Sentry Smart Home" noise monitoring device to monitor noise decibel levels. Note, the smart home device does not record audio or video to protect your privacy.
*If any neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, a warning will be issued. If the noise persists or becomes excessive, all guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

▪Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

PARKING:
▪Two-car garage with EV charging outlet.
*Garage is to be used for parking ONLY.
▪Up to two vehicles can park on the right side of the shared driveway (with guests of another unit) in front of the garage.
▪One parking space reserved for one vehicle in carport to the right of the garage
▪Street parking is available (please refer to street sweeping and garbage pick up day and time)
*Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and ticket(s), if any.

STREET SWEEPING:
▪Every Tuesday (7am-2pm). Please DO NOT park on street on Tuesdays from 7am to 2pm to avoid parking ticket.

GARBAGE PICK UP:
▪Every Wednesday (7am - 12pm). Please DO NOT park on street close to trash/recycle bins on garbage pick up days.

    I notice the dishes weren't clean for use. We had to re-wash all plates spoon etc before use. Drawers where they're kept were dirty along with the single dry towel in the kitchen was crusty from old dry food. Not much for the kids to do inside the place other than old board games and tv in the dinning area so they stayed in there phones. Which is what I was trying to avoid while there. There's no TV in the main bedroom which is unfortunate. I know there's not much you can do about the optics outside but looking over at the vacant lot and alley with daily bums walking was disheartening. Just glad there's a security gate.

    The location was perfect for our family vacation plans. The host was very accommodating. From weeks before our trip, to the day we departed, the host was very caring and was in contact to make sure all was going perfect! We have nothing but great things to say about our stay!!     Our stay was pleasant overall. The location is not that close to Hollywood if that helps with planning. It is close to two beaches and has eateries and shops less than 10 mins away from the property. The check-in process wasn’t difficult, however, if you travel with family it is best to park in the garage but that process wasn’t simple for us. If the owner could provide a grade door opener that would be extremely helpful. The outlets in the master went out randomly and there wasn’t a full ironing board which was weird.

    Enjoyed for the weekend but won't return.. It's a good and easy to get to location for a get together in the OC area but definitely needed a bit more TLC: the sliding doors in 2nd bedroom kept falling off their hinge and wouldn't easily slide even when done slowly and carefully.. sleeping in that room was a terrible experience because the doors allow in a lot of the acoustics from the house. there were 4 outlets (plus two more from the bed frames) in that room but only half of them worked. there were also drawer handles/doors and hanging racks that were broken or hanging by a nail which requires that you be very careful so nothing gets more broken.the automatic lights in the bathroom could not be manually adjusted and would turn off at the most inopportune times (like when you're naked in the shower at night); there were plenty of soap dispensers but many of them were empty and appeared only for show. we couldn't find a single pair of scissors or a kettle for boiling water in the house.. the connected structure of the property wouldn't be a problem except that we could easily hear sounds from neighboring homes and there would occasionally be people coming over and peeking in through the windows or trying to knock and come in to our door also. and lastly, for as spacious as the home was -- most of the closet / pantry spaces were already filled with property things which allowed for the home to appear open but there wasn't much space for our personal luggage.
