About this house rental
Visit our beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for two families. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has two masters, one cal-king bed and one queen bed, with ensuites. There are also two children's rooms, both with twin over full bunk beds with trundles underneath. The bathrooms have been beautifully upgraded with tile and travertine floors, marble countertops, new fixtures, and custom-designed showers. The children's bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with marble tiles and a bathtub surrounding a large tub.
Wood laminate flooring throughout the home. Spacious kitchen with granite countertops, black and stainless steel appliances: oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Open-concept dining and living room. The dining table comfortably seats 8, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The game room, located through one of the children's rooms, is in the garage. It offers ping pong, a pool table, and toys. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. The full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for guest use.
Relax in our sparkling pool in the rear yard. Enjoy our covered patio, outdoor seating, and natural gas BBQ Grill. Nice short walk to Disneyland, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the front yard. Home has Central Air & Heat
This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee: pool is heated to 82.
*All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Very comfortable for the purpose of our stay. Stocked with the essentials. A slight smell likely due to the age of the home but not unbearable. The washing machine and dishwasher needs to be replaced, at least cleaned. The dishwasher needs to be secured in the space. The bath towels could be replaced.

Flew in from out of town under the weather. I had to send a copy of my bank statement drivers license and credit card after they took my money. They almost did not let me rent because some documents didn’t go through properly which was not on my control. They kept drilling me about house rules and mentioned most people do not pay so much money 2 days before they book. Which made me feel uncomfortable because I felt it was discriminating. I have yet to receive my deposit back. I have sent a text msg no response. The flooring in the kitchen needs redoing and there’s and old smell in the house. You will definitely need a candle to mask the old wood smell. Never used the pool however if I wanted to I couldn’t because the person that came to weed the lawn out grass in it. No notification that someone was going to be in the back yard doing lawn when there’s a big window you can see in. Good thing we had just put on clothes. I hated the check in process I had to beg them that I just wanted to lay down as o had came down with something bad. They kept telling me due to security reasons but I feel like that wasn’t it because I was drilled about house rules and not having a party. I came for my child’s 5th bday. It was my spouse and I plus one child. MostOf the house was not used.
