Please note that this is a shared property.
• The homeowner lives in the main house at the front of the property
• The guest house (ADU) is located to the right, toward the back of the property
• The guest house has its own private entrance and interior living space
Certain outdoor areas on the property are shared areas, including:
• Walkway and hallway
• Swimming pool
• Patio
• Fruit garden
Guests may use shared outdoor areas if they wish, but these areas are not for exclusive guest use.
The homeowner and homeowner’s family retain full rights to access shared areas as needed for:
• Daily family use
• Safety and supervision
• Pet care
• Maintenance or upkeep
Guests are never required to use any shared area if they prefer privacy.
