The description of the apartment as being brand new is highly misleading. The apartment is in an old house ( see photos) which has recently been renovated. The stairs up to the apartment are very steep as typical of old buildings and quite difficult to negotiate with heavy luggage. On the first day we did not have any hot water in the apartment. After contacting the property owners, we were told that we needed to switch the hot water on ourselves. The hot water needed to be turned on in the kitchen in order for there to be hot water for the shower. There was no advice about this before check in and who would expect to have to turn on the hot water themselves? In fact we only received check in instructions after sending two reminders to the hosts. Between the bedroom and the bathroom there was quite a large step. Although there was an iron, there was no ironing board so use of the iron was not possible. All in all totally overpriced.
