Small kitchen for longer stays. Good size apt for the city center. Plugs in bathroom (for hairdryer and personal beauty needs). Apt is on famous green street with great restaurants.

Weird key situation, but manageable. Had communication issues with agency for checkin. Housekeeping was still cleaning 90mins after allowed check in and upon my arrival. Restaurant noise at night is unavoidable, but with no AC, had to keep the windows open.

Fresh, clean, well equipped (coffee machine, toster, kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer). Close to everything, with restaurants on the street but silent even if people are there late at night. Great contact with the team.

No AC, and ventilators do not solve the problem. If you manage to operate the window shades properly, you can keep the cool inside the apartment during the day. Open them at 2am. 3rd floor with no elevator. If you have a 23kg suitcase, prepare for a struggle. You get info about the 250€ deposit only after making the booking. Flush the shower every evening because of the smell (old building but if you flush the shower twice a day it stops right away).

The location is good; lost of brunch places and good restaurants in the area, access to all kinds of transportations, possible to walk to most of the sightseeing sites. Recently renovated apartment with almost complete appliances especially the kitchen. The host cooperated with us when we wanted to check-out later than the standaard hour.

Not a good behavior from the host who was answering the whatsapp account; late replies even when we were waiting in the street to receive the entrance code, insufficient instructions to enter the building, very old front door and very old way of hiding the keys in a safe, whereas at other apartments you just enter a code but here it felt like a scape-room. Late check-in because the cleaning staff were late! I asked the host on WhatsApp to call me and talk about what happened at the check-in, but they never called. Terrible sewage smell from the shower drain; it was disgusting and unbearable. The room clearly hadn't been deep cleaned for a while; black mold in the shower cabin and on the bathroom tiles, which is not surprising because the cleaning staff only had 1 hour, no wonder they don't deep clean!
