Stay in Santos Neighborhood, Lisbons Most Trendy Area

Die Wohnung liegt toll, hat Charme (Parkett und Fachwerk sowie Austritt/Mini-Balkon) ist eigenartig (trapezoide Wohnküche) aber praktisch geschnitten, super stilvoll eingerichtet (genialer Glastisch mit Holzunterkonstruktion), man wäre dank Küche und Waschmaschine auch ziemlich autark.

Man hört die Schritte in der darüberliegenden Wohnung.

Gute Lage, alles easy, freundlicher Gastgeber

Clean, spacious, great location. The closet/dressing room area was a nice bonus especially for longer stays. Good shower pressure with ample counter space in the bathroom. Kitchen was equipped with anything you may need. Sophia, the property host, was very kind and easy to get in touch with. She checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in and check out was super easy. Some great restaurants right outside your door, also close to 28E tram stop and short (uphill) walk to Baixa/Chiado/Barrio Alto. We really love this part of Lisbon because it’s close to everything without being too noisy at night. It also feels safe and secure.

No heat, which we were aware of prior to booking. We were there in December and in hindsight should have booked a place with heat. That said, if you do decide to stay in winter, utilize the extra blankets provided and make sure to bring extra layers! There is also no elevator in the building and the steps were pretty steep. This was only a challenge when bringing luggage up and down, otherwise, no big deal for us. Possibly weather related (some rain/humidity), but we washed clothes and they took days to dry! We even put them outside and they still didn’t dry. Not something the property can fix, but just something to be aware of if that is something you will rely on during your stay.

Sonia and Tiago are so warm, friendly and helpful. Even their not duty, they find me tailor and make reservation for restaurants and etc. Also the place is nice. Thank you for all things you have done for me.
