Canaan Lifestyle Apartments Lisbon Combro 77 by Get Your Stay

The apartment was fantastic, the quality and design was of great standard. The location was brilliant.

Nothing I didn't like.

Very spacious, great location

Location was good. Room is very spacious. Communication is good.

The room was very close to the street, so it can get quite loud on weekends. There are also trash bins directly under the window, and the sound of people throwing glass bottles into them early in the morning can be quite disruptive. However, I believe this may not be an issue with every room, and it is something the management may have limited control over. What bothered me more was my first impression when I entered the room. The bed frame was missing, and you could clearly see the marks where it had been. The photos on Booking.com are very nicely presented, but I would say they don’t quite reflect the condition of the room I received. Room could definitely use some wall renovation. There was also no iron in the room, and the hair dryer could use an upgrade. Overall, I think some small improvements and better maintenance would make a noticeable difference.

Very spacious unit off a laneway near a major Street. Close to tram and walking distance to main part of town.

Unit smelt on arrival and had numerous large flies in the main room and bathroom. The freezer of the fridge was totally frozen and hadn't been defrosted in months which was concerning. When I got the door opened you couldn't close it again. A lot of the kitchen cupboards and main doors scraped the floor or didn't close properly. One window had handle broken and could not be opened. The contact person offered to send somebody around to defrost the freezer but we were leaving very early the next morning so they would have plenty of time. Another concerning thing was there was a large water stain/mould on the bathroom ceiling. The unit is not air-conditioned and the fan provided was totally inadequate. It's hard to open the windows to get air flow when you are then inundated with flies due to all the garbage bins in the laneway and I know this is totally out of the hands of the owner but all night on both nights there was a neighbour's dogs who barked and howled which was quite distressing.
