Great location, lovely floors and doors.

The washing machine didn’t work. As a family if 4 adults on our 3rd week traveling in Europe, this was important to us. One of the reasons we booked this apartment.

Well located and great size plenty of space very comfortable

We had no water one night but was fix first thing the next day

The apartment was a great base for discovering Lisbon. Great neighbourhood , right on 28 tram route. Excellent sound proofing from windows so even though a buzzy area still quiet enough. Comfy beds, great showers . Lots of mini markets, little shops and bars and restaurants near by .

A few little things, no dish towels, and as not enough dishes to load dish washer , bought kitchen roll to allow to dry. Also discovered 2nd to last day that washing machine was broken so could not refresh towels. If we had known would have asked for extra towels or could have used launderette round the corner. An easy chair in living room would be good as with 4 of us, we had to bring pouffe from bedroom in.

Our room was not the same as in the picture. There was an elevator, which was convenient. There was a washing machine. Plenty of toilet paper was provided, as well as toiletries. It was located near places to eat, as well as a trolley stop, which made it convenient.

There was street noise. It claimed to have a city view, but it was a view of trashcans in an alleyway and into the window about 8 feet away to another apartment. It was not the same apartment as the once pictured for the room we chose. The bathroom door had a broken handle, so you couldn't actually close it because you would never get out again, the handle literally would come off in your hand. The kitchen folding door was broken. There was not enough hot water.
