Lage, viele Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe und generell auch im Zentrum der Stadt. Es gab auch gute Parkmöglichkeiten (Tiefgaragen) in der Nähe (wir hatten einen Mietwagen), die man zu Fuß gut erreichen konnte, und auch gar nicht all zu teuer. Freundliche Gastgeber und unkomplizierter Erstzugang zur Unterkunft.

Das Sofabett war sehr ungemütlich und man hat direkt in der Klimaanlagenluft geschlafen. Ich habe jetzt 1 Monat später immer noch Schleimbildung in der Nase. Der Esstisch war für 3 Personen zu eng, auf den Bildern sah alles größer aus. Die Gehwege sind gepflastert, also nicht gut für große Gepäcke.

J’ai aimé cet établissement car il se trouvait proche du centre. Il est fonctionnel, propre et pratique.

Parfois un peu humide comme c’est dans une cavité. Ce qui peut amener des petites bêtes comme une jolie araignée ou un cafard aperçu durant notre séjour.

Overall, average customer service and poor property maintenance. 1) There were 3 of us. Despite notifying the host we will be very late, sofa bed wasn’t prepared when we checked in at midnight. When I texted an owner, he said the bedding was inside the sofa bed and we had to put it on ourselves. Probably not a big deal, but bedding didn’t even seem clean. 2) Lack of natural light (only 1 window in the living room) and a musty smell 3) Sliding door with no locker in the bathroom 4) Exposed wires next to the shower with no smoke detector 5) Insects on the walls 6) Dust on the wall panels 7) Mould and dirt on kitchen utensils
