Very well located. Lots of different restaurants nearby, and near the metro.

The sofa-bed wasn’t good. Very uncomfortable. I had to put the mattress on the floor in order to sleep. Also they could give better information on how to get to the property, like some video. The lift is too small, so people with reduced mobility or claustrophobic will have issues. In addition to that, they could refer the nearby parking lot. It was a big struggle for me until I found out about that.

Location to restaurants and night life.

Close to good restaurants - outside the front door ! Washing machine and dishwasher ! I do the dishes by hand. Taxis located right outside on the main road.

On Saturday night the nightlife noise went on past midnight. But that I suppose is the negative of being close to good restaurants ! At the price a bit of laundry powder for 2 or 3 washes would be nice. Otherwise we may buy rubbish as we don't know the right brands. A suggestion - how to get to main places like Rossi Square where tours depart from. Which bus or tram to get there and which one to get back . A little diagram indicating that would help. Street names help but we have no idea where the streets are. So diagram is good. Same with metro - where the closest station is and which trains to take to the main attractions. We eventually walked down toward the sea side, and saw the trains, but had no idea where they went and which ones to take. To get onto the Yellow Hop On bus ? We are told to go to the big "commercio" square to buy a ticket. From a guy standing in the open ? Where is the bus I asked ? 10 minutes walk up the road to Rossi Square . Then to find the bus !!!!. Eventually found a proper stall selling all types of bus options. On the side of the square on the pavement. Nice to know.
