Nice, clean, modern comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very good location. Depending on the apartment, there might be several stairs to take (tiny elevator is available).

The process to input passport info in order to get the key code could be improved. If you don't have a phone to call someone, it could be frustrating. My emails were not answered.

The location was good.

The elevator is a nightmare. On a crazy hot day (40-plus), it wasn't working when we first arrived, and the walk to the 5th floor is via one of the narrowest staircases I have ever seen. You literally have to angle the suitcases to turn them around the corner. If someone is coming down, you need to step aside, and they somehow slink by. The next day, my wife and son got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes and the temperature outside was 41! Inside the elevator, it was easily over 40. The elevator eventually reached the 5th floor after 5 minutes of slow movement. Not aware that they had gotten stuck, I came later and took the elevator and got stuck! It is very scary on such a hot day and with no way of communicating with anyone from the elevator. I rang the bell but the bell only alerts other guests. The next day, leaving for an early morning flight, I figured that I could put bags in the elevator and they would descend over the 5 minutes. No. The bags got stuck for 35 minutes creating unneeded stress and panic that we would be late for the plane. The only way to reach the hotel is via Whatsapp, and all you get is, "Sorry, to hear about this. I am sure it's stressful. Thanks for letting us know." I will never stay in an LSA hotel again. Plus, all transmissions were for some reason in German!
