Location, safe, and cold AC.
The pull out couch was not even a couch and the bed was so uncomfortable to sleep on since we were a party of 3.

Perfect location and easy check-in and -out. The water pressure in the shower was great.
We had some stains on the headboard of the bed, the bed sheets, and the towels. The pictures were a bit misleading as we did not know we had no seperate bathroom. Instead, we only had a sink in the room and no proper separation of toilet and shower from the room.
