Great location.

The location was very central and the bed was great. It was very close to The Time out market and transport.
There were no coffee, sugar or milk on arrival that you find in most accommodations. The curtain in the bedroom were hanging on 2 hooks only and looked terrible and you could not close the curtain to block the light out. I told them as we got there and they were going to send someone to fix it and it never happened. To get the lock box is also very difficult as it is hidden next to a restaurant's entrance. If we did not ask for help or if it was after hours, we would not find it on our own.

Location was terrific. It was in a flat part of town and very convenient to TimeOut Market and Cais do Sodre/Metro station, also easily walkable to Chiado, Rua Augusta and that side of Lisbon. There were enough restaurants nearby, and the Chocolateria San Gines was an added bonus.
There were little conveniences that were lacking, e.g., an extra trash bin (there were only 2 - under the sink and in the toilet) so if you had something to discard, you would have to use either one; also no side table. My side of the bed was right next to the sink/stove so that's where I placed my electronics to charge. The room design is tight, and not much room to maneuver if there are 2 of you. Another thing is we lost wi-fi for over a day so this made it hard to plan our activities.

Perfect location and easy check-in and -out. The water pressure in the shower was great.
We had some stains on the headboard of the bed, the bed sheets, and the towels. The pictures were a bit misleading as we did not know we had no seperate bathroom. Instead, we only had a sink in the room and no proper separation of toilet and shower from the room.
