No era lo que estaba buscando ,pero la plataforma me lo busco ,el que yo busque era mas centrico y tenia cocina mas grande … pero lo q mas me gusto es contacto con la agència. Y las sugerencias que te ponian en todo momento.

Escaleras y cocina muy pequeña y apenas tienes nada para cocina y nevera rota …estaba todo un poco a reformar.

The host gave good instructions on getting the keys and finding the unit. The stairs are quite narrow and high. The unit was lovely, and we spend a lot of time with the “balcony” windows open listening to a World Cup and absorbing the neighborhood. The hosts provided a ton of local information in advance, but even with that we only had to cross the narrow road the first night for a great Brazilian meal. We hadn’t planned Sintra but on their recommendation booked a great tour. The neighborhood is really nice, may seem a bit on the outskirts on a map but truly is easy walk or transit to everything and is its own great area. So many restaurants, food shops and right on the #28 tram line. We just loved it.

We coped with our luggage and the stairs, maybe more warning would have been good. But we managed.

The place is great. The issue is that they charge a “deposit” of 200 usd with the booking??? What is this. 10 days later the refund is not back. Imagine if you are traveling around and all the places takes a booking of 200 usd, how much money you need? Totally unacceptable and they talk about this deposit only after the booking is done. Totally WRONG service.

All about the deposit, looks really not good. To take 200 USD after done the booking and not be given back 10 days later. Not possible if everyone does the same nobody could travel, totally unacceptable
