Booking.com support was a joke. Not the property host fault though.

Me encantó lo amable y lo detallado que fue con la información el anfitrión. Nos proporcionó información clara y veraz sobre el la localización para llegar al apartamento, los restaurantes y lugares más hermosos de Lisboa, y además nos recibió con vino, queso y galletas. Además nos facilitó transporte del aeropuerto al apartamento. Y la casa estaba limpia y bien organizada. Así mismo, fue considerado el anfitrión, pues llegamos antes de la hora permitida, pero aún asi nos dejó hacer el ingreso antes. Linda experiencia en Lisboa.
Depronto el tema del ascensor, teniendo en cuenta que iba con mis padres que son adultos mayores, pero no fue un gran problema.

The location was great.
The shower door wouldn’t close, had a 2 cm gap every time for water to go on the floor. They only gave you one towel for 6 nights. There was a constant drip sound 24/7 for the whole stay. There was mold on shower and curtains in bedroom.
