Blue Sky Apartment - Nice

Overall, our stay was good, but not excellent. The apartment was very clean and furnished with modern, new furniture. The location is convenient, in a relatively quiet area, with easy access from the airport and good connections to both the city center and the train station. The beach is just across the street, which is a big advantage. The host was very helpful and responsive. Although we never met in person, communication through messages was smooth and pleasant. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, even though we personally did not use it. However, there were a few drawbacks. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an older building, and the entrance area had a rather unpleasant smell. Since the apartment faces a busy road, there was constant noise from trams, cars, and pedestrians throughout the day and night. The most disappointing issue was the bathroom. There was a very strong sewage smell that spread throughout the apartment, which made our stay much less comfortable. This was by far the biggest negative point. Another downside is that the apartment does not have a balcony. We should have checked this before booking, so that is partly our responsibility. However, if you plan to spend time at the beach, it can be difficult to dry towels and swimsuits without any outdoor space. Fortunately, we spent most of our time exploring the French Riviera, so we did not spend much time on the beach. Despite the issues, we still had a pleasant stay, but with a few improvements, the experience could have been much better.

بصراحة مافيها عزل صوت لكن مقبول هالشيء والمبنى القديم والابواب قديمة ولكن بالنسبة لي انا ماهو عيب بالعكس اوربا الحقيقية

Nice apartment with easy public transport access to and from the city center of Nice and the airport. The apartment is just 2-3 minutes walk from the nearest tram stop. There are a few supermarkets nearby. The apartment is small and cozy with a small bedroom, a quite spacious bathroom and a small kitchen corner. The living room with a large smart TV was an advantage. The building is old and exciting. We liked the locality. It was possible to walk to the beach in just about 2-3 minutes. The host was easily reachable via WhatsApp and provided all help that we asked for.

The bed was too small for us as we were sleeping with our 2 yo daughter. They had provided option for a baby cot, but in our case that was not feasible as our child was too big to sleep in a baby cot. Small suggestions for improvement: The kitchen did not have some important stuff, like a chopping board, a proper cooking spoon/ladle. There is a dishwasher but we did not find any dishwasher salt/tablets. So we had to clean our dishes by hand.
