Balcony with a sea view, very close to the beach, modern enterior, decent size of the apartment, comfortable, well equipped, good bakery and supermarket nearby, as well as the tram station.
The keys have to be collected in the center and the apartment is 2-3km away, not very convenient and a waste of time. The madatory deposit of 500eur. All of these things I found out only after I booked the apartment.

The building smell and the door which was very hard to open and had to slam it to close it

O apartamento é bem completo, principalmente para quem quiser cozinhar, esquentar comida pronta…
Sofá-cama e o ralo do banheiro parece estar entupido, pois empossa muita água, o que é desagradável.
