The owners are very kind, they provided a lot of helpul information. The room was exactly as in pictures, however the neighborhood exceeded our expectations. A lot of green spaces and a quiet place, what you need after a day of travelling.
Nothing to mention here. For us it was perfect

1. Hosts were very friendly. 2. Excellent location. 3. Washing machine in apartment (no dryer).
1. Dated apartment. For e.g., no air-conditioning, couldn't stay in apartment during day or sleep comfortably at night. We were told fans provided would be sufficient for cooling before reservation and that most apartments in Nice did not have air-conditioning, but this was incorrect. The owners and several apartments on site had air-conditioning. Showerhead was dated and inefficient. 2. Many exhausting steps and quite an uphill climb to get to the apartment. 3. On-site parking always full - inconvenient access to private parking.
