L'appartement est grand, et comprend de grandes chambres. Il est très agréable. De plus, l'immeuble est équipé d'un ascenseur, ce qui est un bienfait pour arriver au troisième étage. La station de tram Südtiroler Platz/Kunsthaus est juste devant la porte, ce qui rend tous les déplacements faciles. En contrepartie, on entend le passage des trams si on garde les fenêtres sur rue ouvertes.
Ajouter dans l'annonce la présence de l'ascenseur ! Et l'absence de machine à laver;
