The location of the hotel was excellent with a 2 minute walk into the main square of Graz. The hotel was immaculate in terms of decor and spotlessly clean. The room was very large, good amount of hanging space and and a safe. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee machine & pods included. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower . Rituals brand of shower gels & hair products provided. The hotel bar was lively and the staff very friendly and kind enough to speak English.
Overall, I feel we couldn't have picked a better hotel
