Graz City Lights

Wir waren vier erwachsene und vier Kinder. Die Wohnung war groß genug für uns alle. Die Wohnung ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben spontan gebucht und waren innerhalb einer Stunde vor Ort. Die Wohnung war leider nicht gereinigt, aber der Vermieter hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und innerhalb 20 min war jemand zur Reinigung da. Er hat sich entschuldigt für die Unannehmlichkeiten und hat uns sogar eine Nacht zurück erstattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden noch mal kommen. Eine Klimaanlage würde die Wohnung perfekt machen :)

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war top! Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert! Auf Fragen und Anliegen wurde prompt reagiert! Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl! Die Einrichtung ist super und sehr stylisch, tolle Deko, gut ausgestattet! Lage perfekt für Familien! Bahnhof, Öffis und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten quasi vor der Haustür

Uns hat wieder einmal ein Radio gefehlt, aber das ist Meckern auf höchstem Niveau!

Tágas,kényelmes,modern ,tökéletesen felszerelt lakás.A képek a valóságot tükrözik.Jó elhelyezkedés.Maximálisan elégedettek voltunk a lokácioval,a lakással,a kapcsolattartóval.

The apartment is generously big, nice furnitures and good equipped kitchen. The staff is really nice and the apartment is really close to the main train station.

Please install a microwave. An apartment has to have one. The big problem with the apartment is the lack of air conditioning. We had arrived at the end of a heat wave and although the outside temperature was ok after the rain, the building was like an oven, it radiated the rest of the heat inside and unless you have open windows, you'll be cooked inside. Opening the windows however, lets the noise of a 3x2 lane main road in and again, you can't sleep. I know it's not exactly the fault of the property manager but still, if you cannot sleep because it's either 30°C or the noise, it is a problem.
