The communication with the host was so easy, we were fully informed about everything timely before our arrival, any questions we had were answered within the hour. The appartment is in a great neighberhood, there is a huge park in front of the door which was great for our dog. We had a supermarket nearby and the city center is a walking distance. The area is quiet and clean. The appartment has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It is suberbly clean and well equipped. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and there is wi fi and airconditioning in the appartment. The parking spot is right in front of the accomodation. All in all we LOVED IT...and can really recommend!

Quiet location, safe neighborhood, spacious, clean, modern apartment. Excellent check-in/out process. Perfect solution for private, safe and free parking (if you come by car like we did). Great view on a lovely park across the road from all rooms and a nice terrace.

Really nice, comfortable, modernly furnished and well-equipped apartment, located just 5-7 minutes walk from the very centre of the city, with a view of the park and free parking lot. The host was really kind and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much, we had bicycles with us, so we rode around the city and outside it on the bike paths, Graz is really a paradise for cyclists. In addition, we visited many cultural sightseeings, galleries and museums, it is a beautiful city.
A few weird people gather in a nearby park under police surveillance, we preferred to avoid it in the evening and at night and had no problems at all.

The stay was really comfortable. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities mentioned.
Internet was bit too slow, other than that everything was great.
