Goldene Pastete - Boutique Apartments City Center Graz

The location was great. a lot of good restaurants , close to everything. huge shower room.

I guess the room shares same Exhaust fan system with restaurant downstairs? The WIFI system stopped working in the later night during our stay ,as we had our own data plan so it was not a big problem .

Location is fabulous and historical! Cobblestone roads right outside & surrounded by boutique stores, bakeries and more (must try Arthurs ice cream yum!). In walking distance to most sights- so very easy to come back to room and then head back out again. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and a great restaurant downstairs too. Trams run through center of town and not far from hotel.

Room needed to be better cleaned, with furniture and bedding needing to be updated (but was okay). Entrance area & lift needs attention/upkeep too- keeping it clean & tidy.

Die Lage ist super in der Innenstadt.

Die Parksituation ist sehr unpraktisch, da es in der Nähe kaum Parkmöglichkeiten gibt und überwiegend nur Kurzzeitparkplätze verfügbar sind. Die Wohnung wirkt deutlich abgewohnter als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Zwar gibt es einzelne „modernisierte“ Bereiche wie das Dusch-Bad, insgesamt lädt die Wohnung jedoch nicht zum Wohlfühlen ein. Den in anderen Bewertungen erwähnten Geruch aus dem asiatischen Restaurant können wir ebenfalls bestätigen – wir empfanden ihn als störend.
