Goldene Pastete - Boutique Apartments City Center Graz

I wanted to be downtown in the city center and it was. The place was comfortable and straight forward, hosts replied immediately with answers to questions and tips.

This wasn't a problem for me, but if your mobility isn't great it's a steep uphill climb from the main square to the apt.

These apartments were a happy surprise. The location was excellent—right in the city center and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, bars, and public transportation. We stayed in Apartment #4, and one of the biggest perks was having a lift in the building, which is not always easy to find in older city-center properties. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. It had air conditioning, two TVs, a washer/dryer combo, a large bathroom, and a huge shower. Even though it's located in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet. We were never disturbed by noise and slept very well throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The apartment offered excellent value for the price, and honestly, we had zero complaints. I would absolutely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Die Lage ist super in der Innenstadt.

Die Parksituation ist sehr unpraktisch, da es in der Nähe kaum Parkmöglichkeiten gibt und überwiegend nur Kurzzeitparkplätze verfügbar sind. Die Wohnung wirkt deutlich abgewohnter als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Zwar gibt es einzelne „modernisierte“ Bereiche wie das Dusch-Bad, insgesamt lädt die Wohnung jedoch nicht zum Wohlfühlen ein. Den in anderen Bewertungen erwähnten Geruch aus dem asiatischen Restaurant können wir ebenfalls bestätigen – wir empfanden ihn als störend.
