Super Lage (öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Nahversorger, sowie diverse Restaurants/Lokale direkt vor der Tür). Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Sauber und hell. Keinerlei Geräusche aus den Nachbarwohnungen. Check in und Check out sehr unkompliziert. Tiefgaragenplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Insektenschutzgitter vor zumindest einem der Schlafzimmerfenster wäre hilfreich. Temperatur in der Wohnung: trotz Ventilatoren und nachts die Fenster offen (geht allerdings frühestens ab Mitternacht wegen des Lärmpegels des untenliegenden Lokals), war die Temperatur in den Schlafzimmern nicht unter 28° zu bekommen. Fenster erwärmen sich tagsüber sehr schnell. Zumindest Innenjalousien wären zusätzlich super.

Top ausgestattete Wohnung, mit allem was dazugehört. Vom Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine mit Taps, Getränkevorrat , Tips, sofortige Hilfe bei Fragen. Mega !!!!!!

Jakominiplatz ist halt speziell, aber fußläufig sehr schnell überall und v.a. Im schönen Zentrum der Stadt

Location was great and apartment spacious and clean
There was no real way to cool down the apartment and the heat was suffocating. A fan was provided but it was insufficient to cool anything at all. I definitely would not choose to stay in this apartment during summer
