VIVA Apartments

The apartment is modern, stylish, and very well-equipped — everything you need is provided. It was spotlessly clean throughout. The location is great, in a good neighbourhood with easy access to the city. Parking is conveniently included in the price and located right at the building entrance. We also appreciated the lovely welcome amenities — a small selection of chocolates and sweets was left for us upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

The apartment layout is rather unusual — the bathroom has no door, meaning the shower area is fully visible from the living room sofa. This significantly compromises privacy and can be quite uncomfortable, especially for guests who don't know each other well. Check-in was also problematic: we specified our arrival time in advance, but it was never acknowledged in the system. Upon arrival, we spent around 15 minutes searching through all received messages for the building access code, and only after calling the host did it turn out she hadn't seen our messages and had forgotten to send the code. Access was essentially only provided after our phone call. The following day, we reported several issues via Booking.com message — a blocked flush, broken blinds that wouldn't close, and unclean slippers provided in the apartment. Again, the host missed the message and we had to call personally. The blocked flush was resolved the same day, but the other two issues were completely ignored for the remainder of our stay: no one came to look at the blinds, and clean slippers were never provided.

Excellent accommodation, everything is exactly as shown in the photos, if not even better. The space is exceptionally clean, tidy, peaceful, and quiet, providing perfect conditions for rest and relaxation. The parking is easily accessible and very convenient, which is a great advantage, especially for longer stays or guests arriving by car. The rooms are luxuriously furnished, modern, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that make the stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent, quick, and helpful. This accommodation is ideal for a short getaway, a longer stay, a business trip, or a romantic weekend. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and I would gladly return.
