The apartment was in an excellent location, within walking distance of all the city’s tram lines and at the beginning of the main shopping street leading to the Old Town. It was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. Having an elevator and free parking was also a great advantage. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and apart from the lack of air conditioning during the exceptional heatwave and the concern about the entrance access, we would happily recommend this apartment.

Unfortunately, our stay in Graz coincided with an extreme heatwave. Although fans were provided, they were not sufficient to keep the apartment comfortable. I understand that installing air conditioning in a historic building can be challenging, but with the increasingly frequent heatwaves caused by climate change, it has become almost essential. The only other point that concerned us was the building’s security. The same key used to access the apartment also opened the main entrance of the entire building. I’m not sure whether this is standard practice, but from a security perspective it did not feel ideal. A keypad or a separate access system for the main entrance would provide greater peace of mind.

Easy access to the property due to detailed instructions and real fast communication in terms of answers to questions. The room was tidy, clean and well maintained. Everything available what is needed for a great stay.

Nothing worth to mention.

Die Lage ist super zentral und die Ausstattung sehr schön. Die 2 getrennten Schlafzimmer waren sehr angenehm für uns als Familie. Die Küche hatte auch alles, was wir brauchten. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine! Parkplatz ist auch gratis dabei.

Zu warm und zu laut
