Everything was great. Just a few steps from the city centre, you can reach everywhere in Graz by walking. The communication with the host was super easy, and the appartment was great, functional and super clean. But beyond our great impression of the facilities, I must highlight something else: We had originally planned a shorter visit to Graz, but one of our daughters fell ill and we had to stay longer. Our host, Agniezka, supported us immensely, organizing an alternative room where to stay (the facilities were 99.99% full but she managed anyways to find something for us), checking in to ask about our daughter's condition, and giving us all the flexibility to manage our stay (when to move out, when to move in to the alternative room), which was great, as we had to manage visits to the doctor (you can imagine how complicated and stressful this was), re-organize the rest of our time in Europe, and -most importantly- to give our daughter the time to recover. It was therefore great to have this support from Agniezka, and we will always be grateful! You were amazing!

I have a holidays here with my son. Understandable guides and rules, extremely clean flat and all needed on kitchen. It have a great place near central square and we had a pleasant walking every evening in ancient town centre with amazing armour museum visit. But most important for me was a free parking place for the car and I has it for all time 💪 I appreciate your modern top-level service.
