This 110 m² one-bedroom penthouse, ideally located near Jakominiplatz in Graz, offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. It is located on the 4th floor (no elevator; the stairs are steep) and features a large private terrace, a cozy fireplace, and an impressive art collection. The space is wonderfully bright thanks to many large windows and is adorned with a rich collection of books and paintings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The apartment consists of a large, open space with 4-meter-high ceilings and many new windows that flood the room with natural light.

Important Information:
The penthouse is located on the 4th floor and is accessible only via steep stairs. This may pose a challenge for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
Due to the steep stairs and the open layout, the accommodations are unfortunately not suitable for small children.
