Great location, 10 mins walk from Hbf with luggage, or else take 60/61 from Hbf for one stop and it'll be just 2-3 mins. Smooth checkin/checkout. Very comfortable with amenities such as shower gel, toothbrush, shaver, etc. and smart appliances. Great for a solo stay!
Can be a little noisy from passing traffic if you leave the window open for air, but it's fine if window is closed.

Alles wunderbar... Toller Vermieter und auch toller netter Hausmeister. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen es ausdrücklich weiter.
Balkon und Strand sind irgendwie abhanden gekommen, aber trotzdem alles prima und wir haben nichts vermißt. Ok vllt etwas mehr Schrankräumlichkeiten.

Klimaanlage, kleiner Preis pro Nacht, großzügiges Angebot an Tee, Kaffee, Pflegeprodukten, sehr viele Steckdosen mit USB und C-Anschlüssen
zu schmales Bett für 2 Erwachsene, kein ordentlicher Tisch zum Essen, defekter Toaster, ziemlich voller Kühlschrank mit käuflich zu erwerbenden Produkten, kaum Stauraum für private Dinge (Schränke mit privaten Sachen voll oder verschlossen), dunkle Räumlichkeiten-Kellercharakter, da Jalousien immer zu sein müssen, Fenster öffnen kaum möglich, da sehr laut, Beamer-Fläche viel zu groß für den kurzen Abstand zur Wand, Fläche bunt und uneben-daher schlechtes Bild, viel zu übertriebener/überladener Technik-Schnickschnack auf zu wenig Raum. Die angegebenen 20 Quadratmeter entsprechen eher max.15 Quadratmeter.
