Excellent facilities high quality bedding and fitments, tv service good, nice small private patio garden, parking space a little tricky with a bigger car but essential in this area a huge plus Great kitchen, nice bathroom Perfect location for town and beach and bus service to Exeter etc Didn't want to come home will definitely use again Owner Emma very helpful 10 out if 10

Lovely cosy place. Good facilities and clean
The parking. The road going into the place was really difficult to get into as cars are parked on the corner. Smelled of damp in the front bedroom.
