La ubicación, la limpieza. El personal.
Si vas con maletas grandes, las escaleras son incómodas ya que no hay ascensor. Además, no tiene lugar para dejar las maletas. Sería bueno agregar una silla, al menos!!

We had a beautiful room and large clean bathroom. The location is great, centrally located to many restaurants. The host at the guesthouse fully informed us of what we needed to know about the common area and our room.
Mandatory online check-in was cumbersome and included steps with "I Agree" and "Back" with no context (see image). Some text during the process was confusing or not accurate. Late at night people in the staircase make lots of noise, waking us up. Street noise with people yelling and singing late at night interrupted out sleep too. We had heavy luggage due to the nature of our trip - 5 stories of narrow stairs were not expected, but we managed okay.
