warm welcome close metro station access to kitchen
not easy to climb to the top floor, no lift boiling hot shower :), could not mix with cold water noisy neighbours in the next building

Nicely located guest house just 10-15 min by nearby metro station to the center. You can also find nice restauranrs nearby. Guest house has a nice shared kitchen with all what is needed. Facilities are in good cobditition and clean, the room is good :)
We only wish if cleaning - more like making our bed (as nothing else was done) - could be optional and if the worker firstly knocked up on the door instead if just trying to open it...it was 9 am on Sunday ... The other thing is offering city tourist maps could be nice too.

The location is not the best not the worst, like 1 hour by walk to the river. Returning is uphill but Uber is dirty cheap, and the neighbourhood is nice. The apartment was really clean and there are two bathrooms, both nice.
The beds are really uncomfortable, small and really really bad mattress, we were 4 guys and any of us can say we slept properly. The living room has no natural light. It's not a nice place to stay. For us it wasn't a problem as we were all day out, but in case you plan to stay chill at some moment this apartment is not the best.
