grosszügiges Zimmer mit grossem Balkon; gute & sichere Lage in Seitenstrasse nahe Metrostation; guter Preis für Porto; Möglichkeit zur Abstellung des Gepäcks zwischen 12 und 20 Uhr im Partnerhostel gleich neben Capela das Almas de Santa Catarina; Küche inkl. Kühlschrank zur Mitbenutzung; Supermark & wenige Restaurants in der Nähe
extreme Anonymität, man sieht nie eine Person vor Ort; Kommunikation zu Zutritt zu Gebäude/Zimmer ausschliesslich auf Portugiesisch (!) über WhatsApp um 16:30 Uhr, daher auch kein früheres Check-in möglich; Zutritt mit mehreren Codes, Schlüsseln etc. ziemlich kompliziert; gesamte Wohnung (mit ca. 5 Zimmern) sehr ringhörig; nur 2 Badezimmer (eines davon extrem eng); grosser Lärm aufgrund eines sich oft bewegenden Garagentors auf der anderen Strassenseite

1.清潔程度不佳，枕頭、靠墊似乎沒有換洗，有他人的體味。浴室排水不順，會淹水
2.隔音效果不好，全賴住戶自律。且有3晚住1兒童，曾尖叫、哭鬧有礙安寧，回網頁看住宿政策是不接待孩童的，不能理解
