Oporto City View - Guest House Suites

Confortável. Próximo a vários pontos turísticos. Diversos restaurantes e demais comércios na região. Só o estacionamento que precisa reservar, quando fomos não tinha vaga disponível. É preciso deixar o carro em outro local que fica nas proximidades.

I booked a 2 night stay with the Oporto City View Guest House. Unfortunately, the room I booked had a plumbing issue so Oporto City View provided me with an upgrade to one of their apartments close to their guest house. The apartment was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed,a kitchenette that was nicely stocked, a great view to the cityscape below from the Juliet balcony, a smart TV, and plenty of storage space. The apartment was in a prime location with many fine restaurants and cafes just steps away. Oporto City View arranged for an underground garage parking spot for my rent a car that was reasonably priced, safe and secure. The apartment was about a 15 minute walk from the garage so if one has lots of luggage an inexpensive Uber ride is an option. The communication from Oporto City View staff (Hugo in particular) was professional, courteous and efficient. All in all this was a very pleasant 2 night stay for a solo senior traveller in a vibrant neighborhood. It is important to remember that this review is not for the Guest House since I didn’t stay there but more a testament to the excellent customer service provided by Oporto City View as evidenced by their dealing with this situation in a wholly satisfactory manner.

Ubicación muy buena y el trato del personal fue muy amable cuando nos han guardado el equipaje el primer día que hemos llegado muy temprano.

Hacía mucho calor dentro de la habitación, faltaba más aire acondicionado. Además, la habitación daba a una avenida principal que cuando abres la venta hay mucho ruido, y con la ventana cerrada de todas formas se escuchaban hasta las conversaciones de las personas en la calle, muy difícil para dormir.

Parcheggio moto o auto troppo distante e costoso, camere molto rumorose, poco isolate, le lenzuola erano come di plastica e il letto scomodissimo. La rete wifi è andata solo la prima notte e poi solo problemi, il condizionatore dopo qualche ora decide di smettere di funzionare e devi alzarti di notte per riaccenderlo, te ne accorgi perché inizi a sudare. Non mi sono trovato benissimo. Non ci tornerei
