It was very clean and spacious

Its slightly warm but im glad every room had fans🥰

The beds were comfy and it was a spacious property. The person I contacted was very helpful and they were kind enough to organise three new large fans for our stay seen as it was a very hot may bank holiday. The property was fine for what we needed and paid. Plus this is a new property to holiday let's so these things take time.

It definitely needed a good clean. The bath mat and downstairs floor in particular. My son's socks were brown from walking in the kitchen and there was food under the sofas when we had to go under there for his toys. I think better fitting curtains in the larger room would have been good as I couldn't get them fully shut and the light beaming in woke my son up at the crack of dawn both mornings.

It was lovely and fresh. No bad odours of pets, food, smoke or anything else. Good quality duvets and. pillows. Sofa bed in the living room was a god send as my partner could not climb the stairs. Kitchen facilities were 10/10 and good quality and all appliances were spotless on arrival. Enjoyed using the gas cooker as most places offer electric cooking facilities. This was a plus point. We did lots of cooking!! Kitchen is really nice and big with a big dining table which seats 6. House warmed up beautifully. Neighbours were all family homes so there was no trouble nor anti- social behaviour which was very reassuring. Access to the back garden so can get to the bins outside. The property had its own driveway which again was a god send due to partner not walking properly. Loads of local shops such as Spar, Premier. Tesco extra was 5 mins drive so was very accessible. Lots of cleaning products. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Washing machine and tumble dryer came in use. Loads of clean towels and soft and comfy blankets which smelt beautiful. A big 65 inch TV with normal tele and Netflix. Was perfect. Was like being at home and we really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely book again for another well deserved rest!!

Not much we could fault apart from there being no hand rail on the stairs but had my partner been mobile this wouldn't have been noticed. A television upstairs in the master bedroom would be nice. The garden is under construction currently but it is still accessible and is private if you want to vape or smoke outside. Chairs outside also.

Spacious rooms, towels and large kitchen with a dining table to use. And highchair. Shampoo and shower gel complementary in the bathroom. Towels Coffee/Tea/sugar Milk

The beds are uncomfortably hard (I realise some people may like this). Couple mugs were grubby It read as a garden view and garden which we thought would be great for our 2 kids and dog. Which was not what we thought more jungle. The parking space is next to the house which was very difficult. I am aware that noise control is out of there control. But shouting screaming till at least 4am in the morning. Mean 2 grumpy kids and parents We did end up leaving a day early and booking somewhere else.
