It was lovely and fresh. No bad odours of pets, food, smoke or anything else. Good quality duvets and. pillows. Sofa bed in the living room was a god send as my partner could not climb the stairs.
Kitchen facilities were 10/10 and good quality and all appliances were spotless on arrival.
Enjoyed using the gas cooker as most places offer electric cooking facilities. This was a plus point. We did lots of cooking!!
Kitchen is really nice and big with a big dining table which seats 6.
House warmed up beautifully.
Neighbours were all family homes so there was no trouble nor anti- social behaviour which was very reassuring.
Access to the back garden so can get to the bins outside.
The property had its own driveway which again was a god send due to partner not walking properly.
Loads of local shops such as Spar, Premier. Tesco extra was 5 mins drive so was very accessible.
Lots of cleaning products.
Plenty of crockery and cutlery.
Washing machine and tumble dryer came in use.
Loads of clean towels and soft and comfy blankets which smelt beautiful.
A big 65 inch TV with normal tele and Netflix. Was perfect.
Was like being at home and we really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely book again for another well deserved rest!!
Not much we could fault apart from there being no hand rail on the stairs but had my partner been mobile this wouldn't have been noticed.
A television upstairs in the master bedroom would be nice.
The garden is under construction currently but it is still accessible and is private if you want to vape or smoke outside. Chairs outside also.

It felt very homely, the cleaning cupboard was stocked up, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay (fresh towels, washing machine, dryer, oven, self care items etc.)
We couldn’t use the back garden at the time unfortunately which was one reason why we booked it, due to the dog, however was still a lovely stay.

then it was clean tidy and well kept facilities were excellent provisions for coffee tea as that was excellent and if we’re in the area again we would definitely stay at this property plus communication with them as being excellent as well
