The facilities are brilliant. There is something for everyone - the pool table and PlayStation were a big hit, as well as the hot tub and sauna.
The kitchen is brilliantly kitted out and made it so easy to cook for a big group of people. There is a lot of space, meaning people are not on top of each other. The bedrooms were great and beds super comfy.
The details on booking.com state towels are provided however, when we arrived to the property we were informed they were not. It was not a massive issue for us, as we were able to contact family members who had not arrived yet and ask they bring some. Just worth knowing in case all your party arrive at once.

Five Acres is a fantastic house with everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. The sauna and hot tub were a personal favourite. We also loved the addition of fresh tulips in the conservatory! It was perfect for our friend's hen party and every detail was thought of. Nancy and Howard replied to messages really quickly if we had any queries, and Howard met us on arrival to show us round. The sofas and beds were incredibly comfortable, and the table extended to fit all 17 of us round. Luckily, we had perfect sunny weather so spent a lot of time outside. There was a few little sun traps to enjoy. Overall a really lovely, clean property and can't recommend enough.
