Ideally the property should be properly marketed only for bachelors. It is not suited for families. Also
Nothing to like about the property, the size of the house was good but it’s not made in a way that would make it a comfortable stay. The only good thing was clean linens
1. Very unclean 2. No basic amenities available 3. No wash basin in the downstairs WC - where do you wash hands? 4. Basics like kitchen tissues or towels not provided 5. The kitchen utensils were extremely extremely dirty, seemed like they have never been scrubbed and had layers of grime (also very limited utensils) 5. Bathroom door broken 6. Entire floor was sticky and not cleaned properly 7. One of the days the main door lock broke and we had to wait for 1.5-2 hours before we could get in

Comfortable and nice house
Comfortable and nice, also there is an additional shower in the utility room downstairs so in total 2 showers and 2 WCs. Beds were comfy, as was the living room, and the kitchen was modern and clean and well equipped. Bathroom was also clean and good. Perfect for a group of friends. We easily fit 11 people, cooking for ourselves.
Overall it was very nice - just some things that caught us by surprise: Very quiet suburban street - good for some peace but we could tell the neighbours were suspicious of our group of outsiders...(then again, we were a bunch of students). A little bit cramped inside each bedroom in terms of unpacking as there's not much floor space, but to be expected as the house can host so many people! Once luggage was unpacked and suitcases out of the way, there was no problem at all. The photos are accurate anyhow.

Tv in each room , the lads said there beds were comfortable.
Bedroom 3 wants a new mattress, bathroom upstairs needs replacing and downstairs bathroom door hanging off the hinge. Living room not very homely. But it's warm , more of a contractors house than a holiday home.
