We stayed here for six nights and really enjoyed having this apartment as our home base in Seoul. At 99 square meters (about 1,065 sq ft), with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is airy and spacious and could comfortably accommodate a family or group of at least five. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood, which we enjoyed. It is within walking distance of the subway, bus stops, restaurants and a supermarket. One of the host’s restaurant recommendations was actually on the first floor of the building, and it became a favorite—we ate there twice. The owner was incredibly gracious and attentive to us. The beds were comfortable with good-quality sheets, and the apartment was thoughtfully equipped for an extended stay. The kitchen was well furnished, and we especially appreciated the filtered water dispenser that provided either hot or cold water at the push of a button. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were supplied, along with tissues, wet wipes, slippers and plenty of everyday household supplies. The washing machine on the balcony was particularly handy during our six-night stay. Detergent and two drying racks were provided, so keeping up with laundry was very easy. The host had also set things up so we could order food delivery, which we took advantage of one rainy evening. Most of all, we appreciated our host. From the beginning, the host was kind, responsive and hospitable and provided us with a list of neighborhood restaurants to try. What impressed us even more was that the offer to help didn’t end when we checked out—the host even offered assistance after we had left Seoul and continued our travels to another city. That level of hospitality really stood out to us. A few things are useful to know in advance. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, although the stairs were much less intimidating than they sounded because several are only half-flights.

No enclosures for the shower

The apartment is beautiful, extremely spacious and has everything we needed. Super comfortable beds. It is very close from the subway, stores, restaurants and bars - in a very calm and residencial area. The host is very proactive and quick to answer.

All was great! It could be even better if it had a washing machine (but there is a laundromat close by)

Very clean, spacious, bright, and perfectly located, very close to trains and lots of restaurants. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Excellent communication by owners. Answered any all questions and overall very helpful. Has air conditioning in the bedrooms.

No closets or storage space. Minimal supplies or amenities for cooking. (No rice pot, no salt or any spices.) no coffee maker or laundry in unit. But coin machines are close to the unit. Bathroom showers were typical Korean. Third floor unit with downstairs neighbors so need to be kindly.
