Walking distance to many shop in Hongdae. Got public parking nearby if you have a car. But quite expensive.
This house is Really worth your money. But what I love the most is the house offered a late check out with payment. But this is ok. Because some times you just want to chill and relax more to charge your energy. Definitely will booking again this house. The cons is just no elevator for this building. But my family and I just lucky enough to get house at level 2. The stairs is just fine for us.

The house unit are very good, consist three rooms recommended for families travellers, in the unit they provide washing machine and a dryer, and others cooking facilities, i can say 99% complete. Location wise, very quiet though it surounded with Good restaurant and bars, a few bakery shops selling good coffee and breakfast as well. The people here are very helpful. About 8km from main city. 200-300 meters from Bus station and Subway.

I’m lucky enough to find this amazing homestay for my vacation in Seoul. The location is surrounded by restaurants and shops, walkable distance to public transport. The owner is very responsive to questions and requests I have. Very good!
