The staff were contactable prior to our arrival and helped with sending the Korean location for NAVER maps. Good location, the bus stop is close by and the metro stn about 10 mins walk away. The metro well connected to get all around Seoul.
The property interior is beautifully designed. Shared kitchen and living space - we booked the family room so had a large private bathroom but shared bathroom and shower room available too.
Great for a few nights stay exploring Seoul.
If wasn’t really a problem for us but It’s not very clear when booking that this is essentially a shared house as there are other options available - photos need to be clearly labelled to avoid confusion. I had assumed it was one contained unit.

[빌라] 이용했는데 깨끗해서 기분이 좋았어요~
비대면 안내도 부족함이 없었어요. 50대 4명이 머물렀는데 아주 괜찮았어요. 한국적 정서가 물씬 느껴져서 좋았네요.
변기, 세면대, 샤워실이 각각 분리되어 여자 4명이 씻고 챙기는데 전혀 불편함이 없었어요. 특히, 수압이 좋아서 변기 물도 아주~~ 시원하게 내려가서 좋았습니다. 물도 뜨거워서 좋았어요. 저희는 이용하지 않았지만 간단한 조리도 가능해서 간편한 아침 해결도 가능할 것 같아요. 경의선숲, 맛집들도 10분정도면 충분했어요. 다음에는 [디럭스 빌라]나 다른 곳을 이용해 보고 싶어요~ 가격이 아깝지 않았어요. 강추입니다. 재방문 100%입니다.
[빌라]는 문을 열자 마자 침대가 있어서 놀랐어요.^^;; 천고가 낮아서 조금 답답함이 있었지만 한국적 감성&깨끗함이 이 모든 것을 상쇄했어요.
