Outstanding balconies, very good swimming pool, gym and reception staff, parking is well organized and clean, fast elevators/ lifts, on Mohammed Bin Rashed Boulevard, a lot of nearby shops, walkways and scooters to rent, grocery in ground floor just walking distance, also coffee shops & restaurants, connected with a bridge to The Dubai Mall! Excellent choice for vacation.

My experience renting this apartment with my family was outstanding and truly unforgettable. At first, I was unsure whether to book a hotel or an apartment, especially since it was my first visit to Dubai. I was also cautious, knowing that reviews and photos do not always reflect reality. However, once I arrived and saw the apartment in person, all my concerns completely disappeared. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos—if not better. It is very spacious, exceptionally clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything a family could need. The layout is excellent, offering both comfort and privacy, which made our stay extremely relaxing. The view is absolutely breathtaking, with a direct overlook of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain. It’s a view that adds a special charm to the stay, day and night. The location is prime and central, close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions, and in most cases, there is no need to use a car. The hosts were professional, kind, and very responsive. They were in constant communication, welcoming, and explained everything clearly upon arrival, which made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the stay. Honestly, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubai, especially families. It is a premium experience, well worth the stay, and I would definitely choose it again on my next visit

amazinggg stay. we stayed here for the 2 days and booked a whole unit 3 bedroom apartment, the location was perfect with a very fair price and there was great costumer service over all i’m very pleased and will revisit and recommend it for all
