The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, very spacious, and designed with a modern, high-end finish. The private room offers great comfort and privacy, while the shared areas are elegant, clean, and welcoming. Being in Downtown Dubai makes everything incredibly convenient — restaurants, supermarkets, metro access, and of course Dubai Mall are just steps away. The overall vibe of the apartment feels safe, premium, and peaceful despite being in the heart of the city. It’s a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and prime location. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the true Downtown Dubai lifestyle.

it’s a premium location facing Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, the price reflects the exclusivity of the area. However, considering the view, comfort, and convenience, it still feels worth it.

The apartment was perfect, with stunning view to Burj Khalifa, and private bathroom. Very clean and with modern furniture.

Only one thing, that there were no available keys for each rooms to be locked when going outside from the apartment.

Great location next to the Dubai Mall and the metro. The property manager was very helpful and made the check in process very easy.

The facilities are basic. There is no tea / coffee option available inside the house. As advertised this is a shared unit but the thermostat to control the temperature of various rooms of the house is common and we needed to keep adjusting it to suit the whims of the other guest.

The apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of the city and is exceptionally well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Being directly connected to Dubai Mall makes shopping incredibly convenient, which was a real highlight of the stay.

Just not its not entire apartment, if you are just booking a room. There could be someone else in the other rooms.
