The Burj Khalifa view from the apartment is definitely the highlight and looks amazing, especially at night. The Downtown location is excellent, with Dubai Mall and many attractions within walking distance.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the building felt secure and well maintained. Overall, the stay was smooth and enjoyable. While it was a very good experience, a few small improvements in detailing would make it even better.
Some finishing touches could be improved to fully match the luxury expectation.

A vista para o Burj Khalifa é o grande destaque do apartamento, principalmente à noite, quando a cidade está iluminada. A localização em Downtown Dubai é muito boa, perto do Dubai Mall e de vários restaurantes.
O apartamento estava limpo e confortável para a estadia. Tudo funcionava corretamente e o prédio parecia seguro. No entanto, apesar de ser descrito como luxuoso, a experiência foi mais simples do que o esperado.

The Burj Khalifa view from this apartment is absolutely stunning and truly makes the stay special, especially at night. The Downtown location is perfect, with easy access to Dubai Mall and many restaurants nearby.
The apartment was clean, spacious, and well maintained. It felt comfortable and modern, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The building was secure and well managed, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish.
Overall, a very enjoyable and premium stay in the heart of Dubai. Would definitely recommend it.

La estancia en este apartamento en Burj Vista fue muy agradable. La vista al Burj Khalifa es impresionante, especialmente por la noche cuando la ciudad se ilumina.
El apartamento es amplio, limpio y cómodo. Está bien cuidado y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia relajada. La ubicación en Downtown es perfecta, con fácil acceso a Dubai Mall y a muchos restaurantes y atracciones cercanas.
En general, una experiencia muy satisfactoria que combina comodidad, ubicación y una vista espectacular.
