The location is excellent, very close to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and other major attractions. Services are readily available, and the staff is cooperative and helpful . Although there was a delay in the check-in process due to cleaning activities, the management team was cooperative and helpful. The apartment was clean and only required some minor maintenance. The reception staff were professional and accommodating, especially Ms. Sagini, who treats everyone with courtesy, respect, and kindness
The bathroom floors and walls require more thorough cleaning and scrubbing

Location is great, just opposite the Opera, walking distance to Dubai Mall. Coffee shop/restaurants are just near by.
The host helped to do early checkin around 1pm. Thanks.
The provided internet did not work well, cannot make voice/video call.
The pull out sofa bed is not very comfortable as it keeps tilting to one side.

Beautiful apt. Great location. Very clean. Front desk helpful. Very comfortable beds. Everything explained to us upon checking in. Would defin stay here again.
Only luke-warm water for showers most times.
