Walking distance and convenience to beach, restaurants and shopping.
Parking is a plus but the unit really needs to be checked and cleaned before the next tenants.

Location, free parking, bathroom (especially the large shower), balcony, size and layout of the unit, prompt communication.
Bedroom was very warm. No air flow from ac and no ceiling fan. Bed was decent but not the most comfortable. Main issue is that the pool and outdoor area was closed for the first half of our stay, including the weekend. This was not disclosed at the time of our booking. Once open, we found out the hot tub closes very early, 9pm!
