Our experience is good hotel room is good nice view breakfast buffet was very good hotel is close to the Waikiki beach also bus stops are great you don’t need renting a car just use buses.

We stayed at this Hilton property for 7 nights, it was a very pleasant stay. Location is excellent very close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The staff was great, we had an ocean view room which we really enjoyed on a few occasions when we actually stayed in our room. There is so much to do and see that we spent most of the time outside.

This hotel is about three blocks from the beach, rather than directly on it. The pool is nice with a small cafe with limited menu. I only found one restaurant in the hotel, also a limited menu and not open late. There are many restaurants within walking distance but more choice in the hotel would be good. A pleasant stay, though not overwhelming.

We stayed at Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort during our family vacation and, unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. At check-in, the receptionist asked if it was our first time staying at the hotel. When I said yes, she simply handed us a map without explaining any of the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest benefits. We only discovered at check-out that each room was entitled to complimentary daily rentals of beach items such as body boards and beach chairs. Had this been explained during check-in, we would have gladly made use of these benefits throughout our stay. The luggage service was also disappointing. There was only one concierge handling luggage, and during check-out, only one female staff member assisted us. She did not help load my son’s body board into our Uber. Compared to the other hotels we stayed at during this trip, where several staff members were readily available to assist guests with their luggage, the service here felt lacking. For the price, hotel has a convenient location, the unfriendly reception, lack of communication, and limited guest assistance made our stay less enjoyable. I hope management can improve staff training so future guests receive a warmer welcome and are properly informed about the amenities included with their stay.
