We had a 4 nights stay at this hotel in November 2025.the resort fee of 50 usd plus taxes is way too high with minimum inclusions in that. The facilities provided like zumba , lei making are once a week and it can happen that it doesnt happen during your stay...the tour desk people are very commercial and they want to sell tours rather than helping you plan trip on your own...even water refilling is not available on every floor despite being a big hotel... The parking charges are exorbitant 55 usd plus taxes ...only good thing is it is a valet.. Overall very costly hotel for the amenities provided ..better to try other hotels like hilton waikiki village which is on the beach and has included parking fees in them if you wish to have your vehicle ... Basically they have decrease their charges on agoda so that people gets attracted to book and then charge them hefty amount in the name of resort charges and parking fees. Agoda should explicitly mention everything or ask the hotel to declare ..
