What did you like? I really enjoyed the convenient location and the beautiful view from our room. It was great to have a clean, functional kitchen, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What didn't you like? While the parking lot was spacious, the individual parking spaces were quite tight, making it a bit challenging to maneuver. Aside from that, everything else was very clean and well-maintained. Sum up your stay: Overall, we had a very good stay and truly appreciated the excellent service and cleanliness of the property.

The pool area was amazing. My sons used the basketball court daily.

Waikiki Banyon needs to improve communication skills. An evacuation announcement came over the PA. We had to walk down 31 flights of stairs. No explanation was given as to why we were evacuated from our rooms. Speculation was a washing machine had started smoking from being overloaded. Apparently this is reoccurring since the cost of the washing machines doubled. Secondly the pool was shut down unexpectedly for maintenance. The only notification was at the pool when you arrived to go swimming. It would be helpful to have a notification posted in the elevators or the communication boards outside the elevators. Staff members either had no idea the pool was closed or any speculation as to when it might be open. It was closed for the last 2 days of our vacation. It is not reassuring when staff don't know what is going on.

The lobby area was beautiful

The room didn’t feel clean. There was dust up on the ceiling and a roach crawling on the wall. I got bit by an ant on the bed while I was a sleep.
