Beautiful property with a large garden and games room with pool table. 3 bathrooms. Very spacious for our group of 6 adults and 6 children. Lovely kitchen off from the living room. TV has Netflix etc. Adequate parking.
The top floor bedroom had no blinds on the velux windows. Light streamed into the room from 5am and effectively ruined the holiday for one of the families. They and their kid couldn’t sleep and then felt tired throughout the day. Hot water was switched off at night and we couldn’t work out how to get it back on again. Couldn’t give children a bath on the first night. We were not made aware of the settings. We worked it out the next day.

Excellent location for us as a family. Plenty of space and bathrooms
It is tired and needs the bathrooms refurbed. The outdoor room was not useable, it was cold and had a strong smell of damp. The cleanliness was not as expected and fell short.
