Perfect little place in a perfect location

I had to take a cab from the airport to an office a block over to get the key. I asked for the keys to be left at the apartment location, but they did not respond back to my messages about this. The website lead me to believe this was a possibility, but it was not offered.

I booked an apartment, based on my dates, wants, and requirements at this location. However, after the apartment and paid for, it was given to another person. They told me they let the guy who stayed there stay on and we could be moved to the apartment next door or at another location alltogether. The apartment I received in return was NOT what I wanted or needed. I had to message Expedia for them to reply, to even see if my handicapped mother would be able to stay at this "new" apartment they selected for me. The bed in the secondary room was awful as the mattress springs dug into my back. I dreaded lying down there every night and didn't get much sleep at all for 7 days.. The two couches in the living area were so warn down that we were barely able to sit on them for more than 15 minutes at a time. The furniture needs to be replaced for any amount of comfort whatsoever. Also, the "new" apartment, there was not a dining chair for my mom to sit in, only four unmanagable bar stools. It should be posted on the website that they may change your location and that the keys have to delivered and deposited at another address. I would NOT stay in at this room with this company ever again. Beware of there business practices.
